Very silly. Only selling points are the cheesy '80s Valley vibe, complete with B-52s soundtrack, and Julie Brown (Cause I'm a blond B.L.O.N.D.; I'm a blond don't you wish you were me). Like, grody to the max!
The second-best late '80s movie featuring fish eaten directly out of an aquarium.
