Everyone does a good job...The script is no fun, and it really only stands as a great look at 80's cheese and the influence of music videos on musicals. The music is tough going, and Jim Carrey -no joke- acting very grounded as one of the aliens.
Michael McKean brings some laughter. Geena Davis just looks uncomfortable most of the time.
