Review of Earth (1999) by Anu K — 21 Mar 2009
Very moving story which - like 'Water' - breaks the mold of Indian film. Very deep and real look at the partition from the eyes of the Hindus, Sikhs, and Muslims. The acting was good and the storyline was well thought out.
A very fascinating film to watch. For what it's worth I enjoyed this much more than 'Ghandi'.
