Review of Early Summer (1951) by Haruka K — 05 Dec 2007
Once I got past thinking this was a sequel, which followed on directly from "Late Spring", -which I found very confusing at first- I realised how creative and unique the idea of the trilogy having the same actors and character names, because it makes them feel like parallel worlds, which is very interesting to watch as you understand the characters more in each film.
