Review of Dying Young (1991) by Sara F — 17 Nov 2007

I remember sobbing over this movie the first time I saw it, about 15 years ago. It didn't have the same effect on me last night when I saw it on tv. I'm wondering if there were some missing scenes because instead of crying I was wondering why Victor's character seemed somewhat like a stalker.

Yes, it is extremely sad that he is dying but why is he always lurking in dark rooms and watching and listening through cracked doors? I can see how she fell for him, he is attractive, but to leave her life completely? I'm still a hopeless romantic when it comes to the movies but this one is off my recommendation list.
