Review of Dutch (1991) by Beau D — 30 Jul 2007
Underrated John Hughes comedy has Ed O'Neill, aka Al Bundy break away from that slug to play an affable working class lug trying to bond with his girlfriend's snobby son by picking him up and driving him home for the holidays, with disaster ahead for the both of them.
Dutch never goes overboard in it's comedy and has a well cast pair in O'Neill and Embry in the roles.
