I won't deny that Duplicity is well written and directed, but it has far too many twists and surprises. By thirty minutes into the film, I was so confused that I didn't even want to bother to try to catch up with what was happening.
Sure, it all comes together in the end, but I just didn't care anymore. Also, I found Julia Roberts to be thoroughly unlikeable.
