More of a con/heist movie than the romantic thriller it's sold as, Duplicity is scuppered with two bland and charisma-free leads in Roberts (sleepwalking) and Owen (insufferably smug as usual), and a plot that jumps around in time in an effort to make itself look more complicated and interesting than it is.
