Review of Duplicity (2009) by Roy C — 30 Aug 2010

Uh, so I saw this movie because it had all these reviews saying that it was a throw back to the witty, sharp, quick as lightening romantic comedies of the 40s and 50s like His Girl Friday, which is my favorite movie.

Maybe my hopes were too high, but the writing was no where near as good, and even mentioning Clive Owen in the same sentence as Carey Grant is blasphemy. The story was not that great, and by the end, I honestly didn't care whether they were being truthful or double crossing each other.

I can't even remember.
