Review of Duplex (2003) by Alejandra P — 10 Oct 2010
Eileen Essell is the stand-out of the film, as a crotchety old woman who is more than meets the eye. I really enjoyed her, so much that Stiller and Barrymore performances were not up to the standard they have set previously.
Overall, it's a barely passable comedy about an annoying neighbor. I'd rent it, but it's not worth putting too much money down for.
