This is easily my second favorite war movie(behind Hacksaw Ridge), my third favorite Christopher Nolan movie(behind The Prestige, and the Dark Knight). It is a war movie that doesn't have a sappy love story or start pre-war.
It puts you right into the action and shows you a different look at war.
