Review of Dunkirk (2017) by Eagleeyeviking — 22 Jul 2017
Complementing an appropriately sombre atmosphere with visceral action (best seen in IMAX) as well as plenty of haunting imagery, Christopher Nolan’s masterful Dunkirk is an “on the moment” war film that works.
The cast is universally excellent, the tension palpable and the excellence in cinematography is unprecedented. Personally, I can see this becoming an all time classic.
