Review of Dunkirk (2017) by Rhita C — 30 Jul 2017

This film tries too hard to be artsy and ends up coming across mildly confusing and flat. There is hardly any dialogue - felt like I was watching a silent film that relied solely on its musical score to evoke emotions - and no real character development at all.

I had such high hopes going into it because the real-life story is incredible but I left the cinema wondering why I'd wasted my money and time.
