War movies are very common now a days but this film is out of the ordinary. Survival is the main theme while death and tragedy its in the atmosphere the cold water its the least of your problems when stone cold fear is in everyone's faces, I think that there are war films and there is Dunkirk this movie is not about war but about the horrific event that it was and for Nolan to choose a real event during World War 2 sounds a bit cliche but I am so glad he proved me wrong I seriously left the theater refreshed not only at the originality of the screenplay but also the amount of time the soldiers were on the sea haha I really felt like I was there and it was shot on IMAX and obviously is Amazing but the score grabs your senses and has you at the edge of your seat you'll be speechless, Nolan really is a Genius he has transformed a history event into an Experience and I would love to experience it again.
