Five stars goes to this disturbingly exceptional work. The story is ingenious, if not disgusting, and in terms of depth this film sinks the battleship. A Japanese gem... rarely has horror felt so disreet as opposed to in your face nonsense.
A fine piece of direction, Fruit Chan fabricates a twisted and spellbinding story of... well, it's too nasty for words, really. Worthy of a view.
