Review of Dumplings (2004) by Brandon W — 25 Jan 2015
Dumplings is a good horror film that should've been better. The acting is fine, and the effects are good. It's just that the plot is not that gripping to watch and it kind of feels like an excuse to show some messed up things.
It still got me interested however, but it just felt standard to me. The only interesting part of the movie were the dumplings itself. I still had a bit of a good time with it. I don't know if the segment is better than the film itself, but it does make me want to see the segment.
