The movie was fantastic, until the final 20 minutes and then it completely folded. It was such a cataclysmic failure that it dropped a whole star. You have to suspend your belief that cops know how to fire weapons.
The first 70 minutes you are led to believe the police are actually good at their job and in the last 30 they become a comedy of imbeciles.
