Fred is really just Richie from Bottom with ginger hair and a green outfit. Oh, and a bit less perverse too! Ok, maybe he's nothing like Richie from Bottom (a BBC sitcom for those who don't know) apart from the fact they're both played by Rik Mayall.
However, they are both very funny characters. I love the bit with Mickey's Grandma. "Oh Grandma Bunce.." SPLASH!!!! Haha! It's in no way amazing or a classic, but it always puts a smile on my face :).
