Review of Driving Miss Daisy (2015) by Chris V — 03 Jan 2011

It was enjoyable and there were good moments of dramatic tension. I really liked morgan freeman's performance. and that last scene just before the credits rolled I thought was great, it summed up their relatiionship well.

but what I didn't like was that it was a bit slow.when something did happen it had little signifigance other than adding another small building block to hoke's and miss daisy's relationship. the script seemed very textbook and often, we didn't know how much time had passed in particular scenes. I can appreciate that it was made well and I liked it, but, I didn't love it.
