Review of Drive (2011) by Pedro J — 06 Mar 2016
It's all fun and games until the frenetic second act begins, when suspense makes way for a series of sparse, strategically-sequenced strokes of violence. And if these extreme albeit inconsistent heights aren't your cup of tea, seize the gloriously euphoric LA city lights, the immersive 80s-tainted landscapes.
Drive is a truly remarkable work, one you must see, rather than read about.
