Starts off extremely well, with a wonderfully nasty (albeit derivative) plot twist. However, De Palma simply can't sustain a story to save his life. (And what's up with the ending -- has De Palma grown so creatively bankrupt that he has to steal from *himself*?? Okay, don't answer that.
).
