I was a huge fan of the original 2000 AD comics in the mid-80's, living in the UK, and reading them weekly, loved their creativity, the way they pushed boundaries.
Thought the Stallone/Hollywood treatment of the original sucked, really sucked, and betrayed the original material.
Gotta say that this version was absolutely dead on. I could feel the dystopian/gritty world of MegaCity One come to life.
Casting was perfect, actions of the characters absolutely cleaved to the original feel of the comics.
