Review of Dreams (1990) by Corey B — 06 Aug 2009
Akira Kurosawa is one of those film makers whow ill never get enough respect (sadly all of it goes to Kubrick), this is just one of those examples of a master at work. His films are like paintings as much as narrative moving pictures (movies).
He does something with this one not many get to do often. While this film is easily not a simple narrative it is basically an art film, if you see it in any other light you wont get it. Who wouldn't like to see their dreams on the big screen.
