Would've given this three stars but Eddie Murphy earns an extra one - WOW I say the man steals the show in a movie about a girl group!
Otherwise a mediocre film about fame, fortune and the conflict between ambition and loyalty. The ending really was a let down, and the story had really no great ideas to it.
Jennifer Hudson sure has an impressive sound, but I still liked Eddie Murphy better.
