Review of Dream House (2011) by Vijay A — 23 Aug 2012

Okay, this movie was Ca-Raaaaa-Zeee! I give it 3 out of 5 stars just for the surprise factor. I had never heard of it and never seen any trailers, therefore I had NO expectations whatsoever. Perhaps that's why I've rated it higher than most people and WAY higher than the critics.

The end of the movie did get all wrapped up all neatly in a bow pretty quickly and seemed a little rushed like, "Oh,were running outta time we need to wrap this up quick!" But overall, I would suggest that you watch it.

..just don't watch any trailers first cuz this is NOT a horror movie. I heard that the stars of this flick refused to do any press on the movie when it came out because they were pissed and disappointed that the trailers were so misleading.

Cool flick if you have no expectations or preconceived thoughts on what you'll be seeing though. :).
