An extreme horror black comedy of a very real problem in Hong Kong for anyone who wants to buy a residence. Even if you have the money the prices keep skyrocketing faster than you can settle on a down payment.
Our protagonist finds a way to devalue her dream home as well as getting rid of her competition. Not a movie for the faint of heart as ever more grotesque ways of killing are imagined. And this film is recent enough to make reference to the 2008 real estate crash in the USA.
