Review of Dragonslayer (1981) by Bill — 05 Jun 2008
An interesting film in some ways, it has obviously striven to get away from the "Cheap" look of the fantasy films of its era. In production design and costume its actually quite drab and dark and dirty(which I prefer as it feel more authentic), allowing the natural locations in the background to shine.
For my money its a well made, if somewhat daft film.
