Dennis Quaid is likable as Bowen, and Connery provides a great voice to a pretty good looking Dragon. The movie has fantasy elements, and has a bit of a family feel to it, and the PG-13 rating hopes to cater to as many people as possible.
Decent movie, but had potential to be better.
