Absolute waste of time.I still can't believe I watched it.It warrants a 0 because there are too many gaps that needed to be filled and the acting was below par.This movie was supposed to be based on the cartoon but there was so many things changed for the worst.
The characters excluding Roshi and Bulma were very disappointing.
