Review of Drag Me to Hell (2009) by Gabriel B — 23 Jun 2012
One of the most enjoyable horror films of the aughts. It had a very old-fashioned sense of fun to it that many films of this era had difficulty capturing. There was a perfect balance of everything; good characters, gross-outs, camp, humor, and some pretty substantial creepiness.
There's no reason why any fan of the Evil Dead trilogy shouldn't be thoroughly entertained by this huge success in modern horror.
