Enjoyable, hip and classy this is Raimi's best in a long time. First of all it is not about the banking crisis, but it is about a particular loan officer who refuses an extension on an old lady's mortgage which turns out to be the worst mistake she could have made! Many scares along the way and a great ending.

And Ms Raver is truly scarey!
