Universal's attempt at rebooting its classic monster franchise is off to a terrible start where Vlad is made into an unstoppable superhero that can single-handedly defeat vast armies, change the weather, operate in the daytime, control all the bats on the planet, and somehow be the ultimate family man.

And don't expect much resembling the horror genre here, this is superhero stuff with a cliffhanger ending.
