Review of Dracula Has Risen from the Grave (1968) by Richard Y — 28 Sep 2008
The third entry into Hammer's Dracula cycle, this is a solid but not excellent sequel. Following on more or less a year after Dracula Prince of Darkness left off this moves the story away from away from Dracula's castle and into Hammer's cliched cod mid European town.
Christopher Lee at least gets some lines in this one, and the cast are all pretty good. The set design and score are really good and the plot works pretty well, leading to a great climax.
