Review of Dracula (1958) by Jason Z — 07 Nov 2007
In my opinion the definitive Dracula although it takes great liberties with Stoker's book. Running at only 80 minutes it loses most of the plot and a number of characters (no Renfield), but Christopher Lee is easily the best Dracula and Peter Cushing the best Van Helsing.
Not remotely scary, but it is very, very cool. Why did Valerie Gaunt only do this and Curse of Frankenstein? She's pretty damn hot.
