Review of Dracula (1958) by Carlos F — 27 May 2008
This elegant adaptation of the classic novel is very straighforward. Christopher Lee's Dracula is vibrant, fluid and endowed with both great physical stength and uncompromising sensualiy. The color cinematography allowed Hammer Films to introduce women in lovely costumes and tastefully flaunt their decolletage.
Peter Cushing's presence compliment's Lee's perfectly.
