Review of Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964) by Brian C — 28 May 2012
Manages to find the humor in impending nuclear war while never undermining the gravity of the situation. Few satires are this sharp and knowledgable about their subject. Props to Stanley Kubrick for making a comedy where he was least expected to.
It's one of my all time favorites, and it makes such sharp wit look so easy.
