Never watched a bond film, so I decided to watch them all in order. I guess every franchise has to start somewhere. this was way more low key than I expected. incredibly simple plot, conflict, and resolution.
of course I have no social context of what this movie must have seemed like upon its release. it was probably ground breaking in the sixties, but viewed from our overexposed modern perspective not a whole lot happens.
