The few people who have seen this on Flixster seem a bit disappointed that it's not more camp then it is. Although a little more somber for a blaxploitation/horror of this ink it's still has a funny jive to it & is good enough for me to rank it about 4th in the genre.
It has something that Blacula & Sugar Hill don't have & that's a rich R rating. Should actually be called Dr Black & Mr White because when Bernie Casey takes his formula it turns him into an albino fiend.
Don't know if that is a comment from the black film makers here but it still is fun even if it isn't funky.
