Review of Downfall (2004) by Arturo S — 31 Dec 2009
A well paced character study as we follow Hitler's descent into madness, dragging many with him. It should not have been as amusing as it was, considering the grim reality that it was based on, but the over the top life of Hitler really falls into the truth is stranger than fiction category (plus I'm just a bad person).
Drags a bit after (spolier alert) Hitler's Death, but those who enjoy history enough to actually watch this movie, should at least find the final details of the end of the Third Reich interesting, if not enthralling.
