Interesting story if you think of it as a history lesson, but as a movie it's not quite as intriguing. Fortunately, I like history lessons. The trouble with watching a film like this at home and alone (for me, at least) is that I have to pause the movie constantly and go to Wikipedia etc.
to study some of the people, that appear in the movie, in more detail. It took me over 4 hours to watch this 155 minute film because of that. But I can only blame myself, not the film, for that...
