Review of Downfall (2004) by Bharat V — 04 Nov 2010
INTENSE! Intimate and ruthless treatment of the intriguing last days of Hitler and his reich. Brutal and soulwrenching acting in a superbly made production. Personally, to get inside the skin of one of the most psychologically stimulating and gradated dictators ever was definitely worth the running time of 150min.
The portrayal of him by Ganz was amazing. Inspired settings down in the bunker also.
