Review of Downfall (1997) by Valeria P — 04 Jul 2010
Amazing performances by the entire cast, but particularly by Bruno Ganz, who brings to life (and death) a credible Hitler, in all his insanity and also frailty.
I saw "A woman in Berlin" a few months ago, and it depicts the days following the fall of the 3rd Reich, also through the eyes of a young woman. It is a good complement to this movie.
