I remember seeing this film years ago and laughing like an idiot! it boasted a formidable cast of comedians like kelsey grammer, rip torn, william h. macy and rob schneider. grammer shed his frasier persona and took on a sarcastic and witty commander in charge of the ancient USS stingray and a crew of misfits.
my favorite scene would always be the "dolphin communication" scene with comedian harland williams. it was so funny I almost peed on my pants! for those who don't mind laughing like an idiot over loads of nonsense, then this is a movie you should watch if you haven't done so already.
