Review of Down by Law (1986) by Dave R — 10 May 2009
So many awkward moments! But that's what I like about Jim Jarmusch: he shows moments that other filmmakers seem the edit out. I guess that's what makes his films so much subtle. I also liked the characters in the story and the way they are all flawed, but manage to find some common ground.
Great ending too!
