Review of Double Indemnity (1973) by Peter D — 21 Sep 2008
Billy Wilder can do it all.
True Film Noir... though it is initially odd to hear the dad from My Three Sons confessing to a crime right out of the gate.
He pulls off the perfect crime for a flawed dame... and he's running out of time as soon as he starts.
Sharp and entertaining... not bad for a movie that's about sixty years old.
