Review of Double Indemnity (1944) by Morten Ø — 14 Jun 2009
A simple plot that just works perfectly. The voice over telling us from the very beginning that this episode we're about the witness didn't go alright, the femme fatal who pretty much ruins our main character and the dim and hollow lightning in almost every setting.
This movie is unforgetable, and I didn't expect the movie to have as sleezy a main character as Fred MacMurray is in this movie. Can't wait to see more Billy Wilder movies.
