Review of Don't Breathe (2016) by Deshanna M — 20 Sep 2016
I saw this movie over the weekend and hadn't even seen the trailer. I went based on the reviews I read. I'm glad that I did see it. It was very intense and you never knew what would happen next.
There were a lot of surprise scenes (one in particular involving a turkey baster) and some humor. A lot of movies labeled as horror or suspense do not live up to the title but this definitely did. Don't get me wrong, there were some scenes that left you wondering, "why did he/she just do that" but overall I think it was worth the ticket price.
Stephen Lang did an excellent job as the blind veteran.
