As far as horror movies go, Don't Breathe isn't that scary. It has a few curly moments, but it probably falls more into the thriller category than anything else. It makes up for the overall lack of scares by having an intense vibe that reminded me a little of Green Room from earlier this year.
The plot has a few little twists that you may not expect, which is awesome for this type of movie, as they are often a touch predictable.
