Review of Donnie Brasco (1997) by Gawtham J — 08 Jul 2011
Brilliantly made, genuinely directed, and filled with spectacular performances "Donnie Brasco" stands as an afflicted attempt to revoke the minimum amount of honesty in the gray shaded charter.
No one is being a white hat bearer here, nor can they be defined as covetous individuals craving for power accompanied with an intolerable greed. There is a sensuous glowing shadow in the eyes of the protagonist that converges his values with the unsecured mentalities of the others.
Al Pacino has an extremely electrifying expressions, glittering over his face, delivering the top most acting, HE never lets the movie meander anywhere than the tracks....An obsessing disturbing classic.
