Review of Donkey Punch (2008) by Mike K — 11 Apr 2009

Had a promsing start, reminded me of a low-key Hostel. For a real low budget, the location made it look twice as glossy. I also wasn't sure if the titles' meaning would actually kill after just one hit.

..I didn't find the characters to be particularly friendly, there is usually one in these sort of movies that you kind of feel sympathy for. Definately wasn't as violent as it made out to be, I just think the rating got higher for the amount of skin on show.

The ending was meh...!!! Some of the soundtrack really fit into the film and Jaime Winstone had a real flare about her, she needs more roles pronto! ;).
